ARE APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED?
No, prior appointments are not required for your utmost convenience. It is based on a "first come, first served basis". We understand that you keep a tight schedule. Simply drop by Clippers for a barber experience at any time, purchase a ticket, receive your hair cut, and you'll be on your way in no time at all!
can i choose a specific barber to cut my hair?
Due to our operating model, we are unable to advise on the availability of any stylists on duty for a particular day. Thus, if you prefer any specific barber, you may visit our shop directly to inquire on our barber's availability. Also, if you are not in a rush for time, you may choose to skip your queue number (when your queue number is called) to wait for your preferred barber to serve you.
What if i missedd my queue number?
If you have missed your queue number for any reason, kindly inform our barbers politely, our barbers will try to serve you as soon as possible.
If there are other customers waiting in the queue, you will have to wait for 2 customers to have their turns before you are allowed to rejoin the queue after them. Should you miss the queue again for another time, the same rule applies and you will have to wait for another 2 customers to have your turn called again.

Can i call in to make an appointment?
As Clippers aims to be a "no appointment needed", professional and affordable classic barbershop concept for discerning urban customers, we do not take in bookings or appointments. We seek your understanding as there is no telephone service lines at our outlets.
Can i refund my ticket?
In the event that you are unable to wait, please approach our staff to inform them. You may choose to exchange the value of the ticket for our Clippers products instead or sell the ticket to a new customer at Clippers. Kindly note, the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
